Nimble Cedar Software Inc. is an independent software studio in Ontario, Canada. We create educational products for children, families, classrooms, and curious adults.

Our subjects are different—programming, mathematics, chess, and the earliest forms of Chinese writing—but our approach is consistent. Start with something worth understanding. Make it interactive. Explain it clearly. Keep the technology quiet enough for the subject to remain visible.

We believe privacy is a product decision, not a paragraph added at launch. We believe play can support serious learning without replacing it. And when a subject is uncertain, difficult, or still debated, we would rather say so than make it sound simpler than it is.
